A family member of mine had asked a stylist at touch of class by the name of Karina to put caramel highlights in her hair,The ending result was terrible she left my family members hair orange and brassy,my family member advised Karina that she was not happy with the results and mind you she did not even have the decency to fix the mess she had made,my family member had to find another stylist at a whole different Salon to fix the damage Karina had done with her hair,she did not even have the courtesy to offer her a refund even knowing my family member was very unhappy with the shoddy job she had received. i tried speaking with Karina and she hung up on me she is very unprofessional and i do not recommended this stylist to anyone,please beware!!
Annette Hossler is a great beautician. With my natural curly hair, she does wonders.
